Please note that the Discord server is not an official communication channel for us.
Any information, announcements, or technical requirements posted there may not come from us and should not be treated as official. The server is a community-run endeavor and, while I appreciate everyone who takes the time to run it, it is not operated or maintained by us.
Any important updates, service announcements, requirements etc. will be posted publicly on the homepage and be viewable on the announcements page as well.
If you need to contact us, email is the primary and required method of communication, which is mentioned at various places across the site, for staff and users alike. We may rarely respond to messages sent through the site but contacting us through Discord or other platforms may likely not reach us - we are not there.
To clarify a recent point of confusion: there are currently no specific browser or operating system requirements. Anything reasonably modern and not ancient will work.
